Shipping policy

Carriers

Orders within Japan are delivered by Yamato Transport (parcel or Nekopos). International orders are shipped by Japan Post or another international carrier. We cannot accept requests for a specific carrier.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries and regions. Shipping fees depend on the destination and on the order (weight or order value), and are shown at checkout.

  • Table tennis products are shipped to the United States, Australia and Brazil by Japan Post International Air Packet (tracked, not insured) or EMS (tracked, insured). For the United States, the shipping method is set by the order value.
  • Items that cannot be sent by international mail, such as glue and liquid cleaners, cannot be shipped outside Japan. Table tennis products made in China cannot be shipped to the United States.

Import duties and taxes

  • United States: we prepay the US import duty. For table tennis products, the duty and customs fee are included in the shipping fee shown at checkout. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Australia: no import duty or GST for shipments of A$1,000 or less.
  • Brazil: import duty (60%) and state tax (ICMS) are paid by the recipient on delivery (about 93–100% of the order value including shipping). Your CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number) is required for customs; we will ask for it by email after you order.
  • Other countries and regions: any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of the order date or payment confirmation. This may vary when orders are busy.

Items we order from our supplier (including most table tennis products) are dispatched as soon as they arrive. If an item is out of stock at the manufacturer or supplier, delivery may take longer, and if a restock is not expected we may cancel the order. We will contact you by email in either case.

Shipping within Japan

Free shipping on orders of ¥8,000 (tax included) or more. Orders under ¥8,000 are charged a flat ¥540 anywhere in Japan.

  • Orders containing only table tennis products ship free regardless of the amount.
  • Orders that combine table tennis products with other products ship free from ¥8,000 in total; below that, shipping is ¥540.
  • Some remote islands may be excluded.
  • Multiple items in one order are shipped together once all items are ready, for a single shipping fee.

Small items such as accessories, thin clothing and socks may be delivered by Nekopos (to your mailbox). Delivery dates and times cannot be specified for Nekopos.

For parcel delivery within Japan, you can choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout (morning, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, 19:00–21:00). Dates earlier than the dispatch time (3–5 business days) cannot be selected.

Tracking

When your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You can check the delivery status on the carrier's website.

Missed deliveries and holding period

The carrier holds parcels for 7 days from the first delivery attempt. If a parcel is returned to us because of a long absence, refusal or an incomplete address, the round-trip shipping costs and fees will be charged to the customer.

Cancellations and changes

As a rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed, or returns and exchanges for a change of mind after delivery. If an item is defective or damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, please see our Refund policy.

We may cancel an order for system reasons, for example when orders are concentrated. If an item is sold out, we will contact you by email.
