Pros and things to consider

Pros

• Despite its compact 15 L size, it has a rain cover and hydration compatibility.
• The hip belt pocket and the side mesh pockets make it easy to get small items in and out while walking.
• The shoulder pads are light and let air pass through easily, and the back side also has air channels.

Things to consider

• At 15 L, it is too small for overnight mountain trips.
• Its weight of 720 g is on par with the median among the Mammut backpacks we carry, so despite its small size it is not among the lighter ones.
• The smartphone pocket is on the hip belt, so it cannot be used once you remove the belt.
