Nittaku Acoustic Carbon C Chinese Penhold Blade

A speed-focused Chinese penhold blade with FE carbon layered toward the outside.

The Acoustic Carbon C is an offensive Chinese penhold blade that takes rubber on both sides. It combines 5 wood plies with 2 FE carbon plies placed toward the surface, with an emphasis on speed. It suits players who want to attack with both the forehand side and the reverse side.

Features

• A plywood of 5 wood plies and 2 FE carbon plies, with the carbon placed toward the surface (outer type).
• The FE carbon used is regarded as a material that has some flex yet stays stable.
• Nittaku's published ratings are Mid-fast for speed and Hard for feel, and the blade thickness is 5.5 mm.
• The blade is round at 161×151 mm, the grip is Chinese-style at 82×23 mm, and the weight is about 86 g.
• The plywood uses Nittaku's "stringed-instrument construction" method, and the country of origin is Japan.

• Players who want to create a fast-paced game with speedy shots
• Players who prefer a flexing feel even with a carbon blade

FAQ

Q. What is an outer type?

A. It is a construction in which the FE carbon is placed close to the face ply. This model is an outer type, built with an emphasis on speed.

Q. Can I attach rubber to both sides?

A. Yes. Because this is a Chinese penhold, you can attach rubber to both sides and hit with the reverse side as well. Rubber is sold separately, so please prepare it separately.
