The Offensive S is an attack-oriented shakehand blade built from 5 wood plies, with no special materials. The blade is 6.0 mm thick. It suits players who value both building rallies and hitting hard.

Features

• A plywood construction of 5 wood plies only, geared toward attacking play.
• Limba is used for the plies, a wood regarded as relatively soft and easy for catching the ball.
• The feel is on the soft side, yet it also has the solid response expected of an offensive blade.
• The blade measures 158×151 mm and is 6.0 mm thick, and the manufacturer states a weight of about 85 g.
• Two grip types, FL and ST, are available. The blade is JTTA-approved (Japan Table Tennis Association).

Q. Does it contain any special materials?

A. No. It is plywood made of 5 wood plies.

Q. What is the difference between FL and ST?

A. FL (flared) has a grip end that widens out, while ST (straight) has a straight shape. The FL grip measures 100×24 mm and the ST grip measures 100×23 mm.
