Yasaka Mark V HPS Rubber

A model that pairs the Mark V sheet with an HPS sponge for more bounce

A derivative of the "Mark V" inverted rubber (a rubber with a flat surface that makes it easy to put spin on the ball). The sheet stays the same, and the sponge is changed to "HPS (Hybrid Power Sponge)". It suits players who want a little more bounce while making use of the familiar Mark V feel.

• The sponge is HPS (Hybrid Power Sponge), which raises rebound compared with the Mark V.
• On Yasaka's own rating scale (Mark V = 10): Speed 12, Spin 10, Control 10.
• Sponge hardness is 40–45° (as published by Yasaka). Three thicknesses are offered, from Medium-thick to Extra thick.
