Rigan's sponge paired with a topsheet that has larger grains
Rigan Spin is a Hybrid Energy-type inverted rubber (a rubber with a flat surface that makes it easy to put spin on the ball) from Yasaka. Its sponge is the RIGAN sponge, with the same hardness as Rigan, and the topsheet has larger grains. It makes spin and power easier to generate, and it suits players who want both stability and spin.
Features
- The sponge is the RIGAN sponge, with the same hardness as Rigan. Its strengths are how the ball sinks into it and its elasticity.
- The topsheet's grains are larger than Rigan's, a design meant to increase the amount of spin.
- On Yasaka's own rating scale (Mark V = 10), Speed is 10+, Spin is 13-, and Control is 11-. The hardness is 40-45°.
- The country of production is Germany. You can choose from three thicknesses and two colors.
Recommended for
- Players who want more spin while keeping stability
- Players who use Rigan and want a little more spin
- Players who often apply spin with drives
