A. According to the manufacturer's guide, M is for a height of 167 to 173 cm, a chest circumference of 88 to 96 cm and a waist of 74 to 82 cm. L is for a height of 172 to 178 cm, a chest circumference of 92 to 100 cm and a waist of 78 to 86 cm.
