A. According to the manufacturer's guideline, size M is for a height of 167 to 173 cm and a chest circumference of 88 to 96 cm. Size L is for a height of 172 to 178 cm and a chest circumference of 92 to 100 cm.

Q. How strong is the compression?

A. According to the manufacturer, it is designed with higher compression and less stretch than other models. For people who dislike strong compression, going up one size is recommended.
