XIOM Vega Asia H Rubber

A tacky-type surface on a sponge with a hardness of 50.0, made for light, easy topspin

This is a hybrid inverted rubber from XIOM (a rubber with a flat surface that makes it easy to put spin on the ball). Its topsheet incorporates elements of a tacky rubber (a rubber with a sticky surface), and the sponge hardness is 50.0. It aims for a light feel on topspin shots and a ball path that bounces low and fast on the opponent's side of the table.

Features

• The published sponge hardness is 50.0, which the manufacturer calls "Asia hardness." The sponge is the black CARBO SPONGE.
• It aims for a light feel when hitting topspin and a ball path that bounces low and fast on the opponent's side of the table.
• Its original "H-TOUCH HYBRID" design adjusts the sheet thickness and pip shape, making it easier to handle than a typical tacky rubber.
• On XIOM's own published indices, SPEED & FORCE is 5.0 and SPIN & ARC is 4.7.
• You can choose from two colors and two thicknesses. The country of origin is Germany.

Recommended for

• Players who want to hit topspin with a light feel

Things to consider
